Hi Sandeep,
Sorry but still i have dought. u mentioned as test startegy describe testing types like unit ,integration etc but these r testing levels .one thing tell me that tetsing types and testing techniques both r different right?
testing types means Black box tetsing,White box testing, functonal tetsing and non functional etc....right?
and to achieve this type we ll use some techniques as for black box testing we ll use Boundry value analysis, Equivalance partitioning, state transition, dicision table, use case technique and for white box testing we ll use path coverage, dicision coverage, statement coverage etc right?
means testing types and testing techniques both r different then what we ll use in test strategy?

Hi sandeep

How r u? i am very fine.
what is build?

A build is a version of a program.as a rule, a build is a pre-release version and as such is identified by a build number, rather than by a release number.
Reiterative (repeated) builds are an important part of the development process.

Hi Sandeep,

Sorry for the delay.

We used Viper 8.1 as a Release management tool, actually Viper is a in-house tool with multiple capabilities.

We had a separate MIS team which use to take care of RM.

Thanks,
Siddiq
