Share 'what are the testing way to test Rules in BRE through wcf service'

Hi, Hope are all fine. I am on a project in which I have to perform business rule engine rule composer testing. Any one have idea how to perform rule , policies testing by using WCF service. Any body know the best practices for rule testing. please guide me reagarding this task. thanks,
