BPT is the business process testing, where we intergrate QC with QTP, we should have license to created BP components in QC.

Major purpose of BPT framework is ROI (Return On Investiments).
Easy to develop scripts, even business people also can write QTP Scripts.

it is old thread, next time post new thread for your questions.

1. Create Recovery scenarios in Recovery Scenario Manager

2. Use Recovery Scenario object to activate it during runtime (you can add this line at each component and disable at end of the component)

But I dont like built-in recovery system given UFT.  I prefer write your own recovery mechanism and plug it at framework level.
