Hi Deepak,

Entry Criteria:
Entry Criteria is nothing but the Inputs required for testing.

For Example:
- Test environment is ready
- Test cases are prepared
- Dev team has given the build

Exit Criteria:

Exit Criteria is the output system should deliver.
- All modules are covered
- All test cases are executed
- Bugs are reported and resolved

Please correect me if i am wrong

Thanks Kiran for your detailed explanation. Keep it up.
In simple and layman terms ----

Entry Criteria is the minimum eligibility to start the testing process on the build.
Exit criteria is the conditions at which the testing process can be stopped
Hi Pooja!
A briefest and nice reply.
But make a note that it is not a reply in layman term but a shortest technical reply based on which a technical
person himself / herself can list out the conditions as submitted by our honorable member Kiran.

So if one has an understanding of basic ( the basic that u have replied ) one can easily proceed on Kiran's line
of action.
