Tool for Automated testing web application written on PHP

I suggest Watir. Before even I work on PHP application and that too involved with Flash and etc. watir is a open source tool. Scripting is in ruby which is far better than others.

It depends on your application and type of browser you want to support. You may want to look at Selenium, another open source.
