Testing a Website

1)Hi All,How many types of testing are done to test a website in QTP?

2)Up to my knowledge load,performance and stress testing cannot be done in QTP.So which tools can we use to test them .

2. Regression Testing

3. Confirmation Testing

4. Functional Testing
