Hi Balur,

I have attached one excel which contains estimation templates based on   

Wide Band Delphi (WBD)
Simple Medium Complex (SMC)
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Three Point Estimation (3P)
Hybrid Estimation_1
Hybrid Estimation_2

The best book to learn is CSQA BOK (Body of Knowledge). If you need any specific details about software test estimation kindly let me know.
