Suggestions on Preparing a Test Case Repository

Dear All,

I am planning to prepare a Test Case Repository which helps all the testers in the Organization for their current and feature projects.

As I know the following are the Major Types of test cases(Which are Standard and Re-usable Tests).

1. Desktop Applications

     Standard Test Scenarios:

1.         Test Cases Related to OS/Versions

2.         Application Installation/Un-Installation Tests

3.         Application Load/stress tests

4.         Network/Session Related Test Steps...

2. Web Applications

1.         Test Cases Related to Different Browsers/Versions

2.         Application Installation/Un-Installation Tests

3.         Application Load/stress tests

4.         Network/Session Related Test Steps...

3. Mobile Applications

1.         Test Cases Related to Different Simulators/Devises

2.         Application Installation/Un-Installation Tests

3.         Application Load/stress tests

4.         Network/Session Related Test Steps...

4. Embedded Applications

1.         Test Cases Related to Different OS / Drivers / Components.... need more Info

5. Domain Specific Test Steps.

1.    Financial Domain related tests.

2.    HIPPA (Health Care) related Applications

3.    Social Network application related

4.    Automobile domain related tests.

Suggest me if you have any better ideas / information on this.

Please tell me if you know any related Test Cases which helps me to form a useful Test Case Repository.
