Thanks for the info. But this document only consists of webpart testing. Can anyone help me out if you have worked on sharepoint testing in real time.

The Main Areas to concentrate on Sharepoint Testing is Webparts,Workflows and Email Functionality and Admin Module if it is in u r scope
