You have to make a tool by yourself in selenium rc such that it can start execution at the same time in different browsers and even its possible to execute in different computers.

So you have to customize it and code it accordingly.

You can have a look at selenium grid. 

If your requirement is just to run the test one by one in different browser ,you can change your code accoringly.
