if u want to install IE6 first u have to uninstall the IE7 first

to uninstall follow ths link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927177

Could you tell what are the add-in checked, moreover 9.5 will support IE 7 as well.

Great the addin are correct, have u disabled the tabbed browser setting ?

Before recording plz close all ur opened browser then open QTP first and then open browser and starting recording this will work

 

try this and let's see what happen's

hi addin is not a issue bcz if web addin s not enable it will record as standard window and generate the script
