Hi,

when you are doing the tansaction through payment gateway. Some of the steps you can look.

1.Do the transaction with expired card. gateway should display the appropriate error code.

2.Check the Card types  and CVV. because for some card will accept the 4 cvv number also.

3.Try to do the tansaction with Invalid card number.

4. Appropriate message codes. Ex: Successfull transaction.Declined tansaction, Expired transaction, Insufficient amount etc.,(It depends on your business)

5. During the process of transaction if any network issue is happened then your transaction should be declined with appropriate error message and desciption.

positive senarios

7.if u are going for pay later option and check the amoutn transfer has happened on the selected date or not in the transaction details
8.if r going for pay later option then check are able to rever back the transaction u have initiated successfully
9.Check the per day transafer limit
10.if you are going for international transfer then Check and the IBAN details all we can check all the above points in this case also
11.Updation of logs if any tranaction is not completed due to any reason
12.Proper error codes and messages as per the transactions we are trying should be generated

negative scenarios

1.Successful adding of invaild account number, invaild card ,expired card for online trasactions with ISCS code verifiation by adding account numer ,brach name or branch code
2.Successful transfer of amount to invaild accout number
3. transction details updation in transactions done with invaild data if successful
4.Succesful deduction of balance in the account if you r going for "pay now" option
5.Check more than per day transafer limit
5.check for the transfer of negative amount ,invaild data, special chars in place of amount simultaneously check the logs
6.In some systems one code will be generated tothe mobile number we have assigned for completion of transaction details when we want to perform any kind of transfers use same code or used code again anf check
