As per best practice from outsource qa, Below are the sample of test cases for Bill payment.

• Verify that payment method with Debit, Credit, Visa, Internet banking etc.
• Verify the functionality of navigation of payment.
• Verify the UI elements like Spelling, Color, Size, Alignment, Fields Name, Button Name, URL security on the payment screen.
• Verify the payment functionality without filling details in fields.
• Verify the payment functionality with invalid details in fields.
• Verify the payment functionality after providing valid details in fields.
• Verify payment with valid CVV number.
• Verify payment with Invalid CVV number.
• Verify that a user receives the OTP to complete payment process.
• Verify the payment process after providing invalid OTP.
• Verify the payment process after expiration time of the OTP.
• Verify the functionality of Resend password from payment page.
• Verify the payment should not be debit when internet is slow.
• Verify the payment should not be debit when browser accidentally closed.
• Verify that a user navigate to Thank you page or A success message displayed on the screen after successful payment.
• Verify the UI elements on Thank you page or success message.
• Verify that correct transaction amount should be debited.
• Verify that for a user payment status displayed correctly on Payment screen.
