Please tell me is roles involved in sdlc is right or not?

The phases of SDLC can vary somewhat but generally include the following: (NOTE – The terminology may differ however will have same phase)

• Conceptualization  - Market Researcher/Analyst & Sales person
• Requirements and cost/benefits analysis  - Business Analyst & Project Manager
• Detailed specification of the software requirements  - Development Manager & Test Manager
• Software design - Design Architect & Development Manager
• Programming - Development Team
• Testing - Testing Team
• User and Technical training
• Maintenance

Its correct .. all are covered ....SDLC nothing but from  Requirements  phase to deploying of software ....so it has covered all the  phases.....This is the basic model..is he is  expecting any model?

SDLC CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING PHASES AND INVOLVEMENT OF PEOPLE ARE:
(1.)Requirement collection--------Business Analyst
(2.)Feasibility Study-------------a.)Architect-------he wil see the requirements and analyse which technology we have to use
and whether it is easy or not?
(OR) b.)Finance ------- Financially it is possible or not?
Analysis c.)project manager----Responsibility to deliver in right time
d.)H.R---------Guides the resource point of view . whether to hire some members?

(3.)Design----------------------a.)HLD--------OVERALL DESIGN OF THE PROJECT-----BY ARCHITECT +SENIOR DEVELOPERS
(HIGH LEVEL DESIGN)
b.) LLD----- DETAILED DESIGN OF THE FEATURES----involves all the developers.
(4.)CODING-------------------A.)ALL THE DEVELOPERS IN THE TEAM WILL BE INVOLVING
(5.)TESTING-----------------B.)DONE BY THE TESTING ENGINEERS AND DEVELOPERS
(6.)INSTALLATION---------A.) DONE BY INSTALLATION ENGINEERS
(7.) MAINTAINANCE---------A.)A FEW ENGINEERS WILL BE ALLOTED FROM THE TEAM FOR MAINTAINANCE OF PROJECT

can u please explain about the roll of software test engg.,QA engg, and test team lead.......... where they cme in act in SDLC process...............

Hey sorry in that process the developers itself involves in testing.....so testing engg wont be involving........that is drawback in that basic model.....
