Try to give the file extension as .chm, while saving the download.

 

I am able to download!!!

take a look for the property of the chm file ,and unlock it.

i was facing same problem but problem was solved when downlaoded through "Download Manager"

HI sami will you please upload it as ".txt" file? Because i am behind a proxy which stops me to download it as chm. After downloading i will rename it as chm.
