Open source tools to test website security

What kind of tool you want to find? Scanner? Proxy? Something else? If you are doing manual testing, then I recommend non-opensource, but free anyway tool Burp Suite and its free edition. It is enough in most cases, and it is quite usable compared to OWASP Webscarab. OWASP has also other tools.

Only scanner I used is one at commercial version of Burp Suite.
