Hi,

You can put 'sleep' command where u can give hard coded wait time.

sleep(3000);

Java command:

thread.sleep(4000);

Hi sarita,

Thanks for replying, but the issue is i'm not getting the pop up like its shown in image. when i run the script and click on roles drop down it need to show a pop "Please wait" and then show all the roles in drop down list.

use Selenium.sleep(30000); // selenium sleep for 300 milli seconds

getting drop down values ,use selenium.select("property value","label= xxxx");

Thanks,

Sriram.

Hi,

Instead of using sleep(30000) use waitfor (give the unique locator value).I hope it will work.

Note:it would not be waste time also.Let me know if you have any difficulty.

Hi,

you can try waitForPromptNotPresent ( ) and then select the value from the dropdown.

This function never throws an exception

 Returns: true if there is a pending prompt
