I am getting below erro on starting jmeter for JDBC request,  html sampler it works fine

Please help.

Most probably you're trying to use Integrated Authentication and there is a mismatch between the Microsoft SQL Server JDBC Driver and sqljdbc_auth.dll, i.e. you're trying to use 32-bit .dll with 64-bit JDK or vice versa

You can also try enabling more verbose JMeter debug logging on the JDBC test elements by adding the next line to log4j2.xml file (lives in "bin" folder of your JMeter installation)

JMeter restart will be required to pick up the change.
