How to record script in IE 10 using QTP 10 ?

I have installed QTP 10 on Windows 8 and tried to record a flow in IE 10 but did not get success.

Please let me know supported windows OSes and IE version for QTP 10

install QTP 10 broweser patches, i think its patch nume 76 not sure, i forget ..
