How to Identify Ribbon Based WIndow's Control

Hi All,

I am working on windows application (.Net Based), I have QTP 10 and .Net Addin. But i am not able to identify the Ribbon base Toolbar (Window).

Should i need any other Addin for Ribbon Base Window.

Please go through the attached screen shot.

Hi Sourabh,

The Ribbon control in the attached screen shot is a third party tool (may be component one). QTP will treat it as SWF object only. Check with the developers about the third party control they are using and see whether there are any addin for that control. If there are no addins available for that control, u have to depend on the XY co-ordinates and keyboard shortcuts to navigate thru the ribbon control.
