entry level and exit level testing is nothing but it is standard testing terminology that is used to enter and exit a testing type.

Example:

Entry  Criteria for Unit testing:

Unit test cases has been written and reviewed;

When unit code is complete,

 

Exit criteria for Unit testing:

All unit test cases are passed.

 

Entry criteria for Integration testing:

Integration test cases are written and reviewed. 

Unit test cases are passed. 

Application is deployed or installed on testing machine/server.

 

Exit criteria for Integration testing:

All test cases are executed successfully

No P1 and P2 defects (Meeting acceptance criteria, set in the test strategy document).

All defects logged into defect tracker.

 

Same way we use for different type of testing System testing, UAT, etc...
