1)Sir you may also include the API support that is included in WebDriver to interact with windows processes that is totally absent in RC.

2) 2nd thing we can test upload functionality through WebDriver while same is not possible with RC

3) WebDriver has great support to HTML 5 while RC acts on Flash 

4) In WebDriver all instructions are injected without changing state of testing website while in rc we first injects javascript in web application by using proxy and first we change the state of web application and then try to automate
