Testing Process and Document related problem (Urgent)

Hello everyone,

I m working in small organization there is no process and document is following but my exp. in increasing .......... there are many small organization which does the same....... So please help those people (including me) to know each and every thing which is following in big organization.So that people can think to switch in big organization..........

Testing Process depends on the SDLC that u follow:The common thing that we need are as follows:
1.Approved SRS and Test Plan
2.Once we get the above two...we start writing the test cases(GUI and Functional)
3. After Reviewing the Test cases by Test Manger or TL we start executing the test cases.
4. We do testing for different cycles based on the status on test cases.
5. Once all the test cases are passed we stop testing
6. Then we prepare the Defect Report and the Test Report
