Dating site Advance Search Criteria Query (Permutation n combination)

Hello All,

Currently i am working on the "Dating site" and i have to test all the permutation and combination of each fields and their values .

I used a tool to generate cases for this and i found around More than "5,00,000" cases for this.

Can anyone suggest me that how it would be tested ? and how much time a single person can take to test it manually ?

What please let me know correct approach to test this "advance search " which other company do follow .
