Develop test plans for various software components. Work closely with Software design team and be responsible for all Testing related issues during the planning, development, and validation stages of the program.  Qualifications/Requirements ·         Performing manual testing for the firmware and BSPs built by software development team.·         Testing activities include complete cycle testing, verification of bugs fixed, performance testing, compatibility testing & user acceptance testing.·         Creation of test plans to align with project plans and to create test case to align with use cases defined in the  specifications document.·         Effectively communicate with software development team to report bugs and issues in the specified format on time ·         and with sufficient clarity.·         Experience working with GNU tool chains, source control (CVS/GIT), QA Tools (Bugzilla,Mantis). ·         Candidates should be very good in Aptitude, communication and Manual Testing concepts.·         Candidates should have interest in application development using Linux & PHP/Perl/C .·         Candidates should have strong knowledge in electronics and interest in testing of the embedded software.·         Be able to self-organize and work effectively within a small team with minimal supervision.
