Not entirely. If a Javascript error comes up, then that means there is a flaw somewhere in the code. With proper debug tools, the developer should run a trace and find out what code path yields this error. I am not sure if you can entirely tag this…

Suppose some java script error or other kind of error comes once in month or some time then we can say low priority and high severity. Please let me know if I am not correct.

It depends. Does the installation console successfully complete installation? or does it end in a crash or a non-install of the application? If it is the latter, then it is a Severity 1 Priority 1 defect. Issues of such nature need to be fixed…
