Staying in a same project for longer duration makes your Technical growth stagnant, learning curve descreases. Switching helps in learning new technologies and domain, meet and interact with new ppl and teams.

How early a tester should try to switch himself on a different application.

I am looking for your prolific opinions on "how early a tester should start thinking to change his/her project" provided that he/she has got enough of the domain and working experience on current one and starts observing learning slope is almost dead.What are the advantages and disadvantages in both the cases..(switching and staying).See More
