css=span:contains('${name}')
You can change the values with respect to the span. and here ${name} is dynamically generated value

suppose today the xpath is
//div[@class='textimage parbase context']/ul/li/a and if the name of the class changes frequently how to use
the CSS instead of Xpath which i mentioned here. It should not depend on the class name.
