About Me:

For more then 15 years, I have promoted the continued development of Software Quality Assurance best practices. Most recently at Fiserv’s Output Solutions division, I developed their current Agile Software Quality Assurance (SQA) mission and processes; collaboratively promoted Agile practices throughout their SDLC development processes (build process, source control methodologies, etc). Successes included; market requested product betas, setting mission and staffing the SQA department to meet growing business needs, and augmenting local staff by outsourcing and managing three remote resources. Under my leadership, SQA automated test solutions for Web based and legacy Microsoft applications which resulting reduced manual test hours, and increased automated functional testing.

Previous to Fiserv, my diverse experience included daily customer contact as an account manager for TESTCo, a local managed outsourcing company that offers offshore Quality Assurance testing service. I was responsible for technical sales, management of all testing projects for 6 accounts. My responsibilities included: developing and implementing the QA process, developing the offshore partnership; and collaboration between the companies development team and the offshore engineers.
My broad skill set was developed through technical and professional experiences, in both large and small corporations. My understanding of the business of technology enables me to manage a range of technical people, developing technical and business requirements, and delivering to expectations.
