The simple frame work of SCRUM is as follows.
- Product Backlog
- Sprint backlog
- Potential shippable product
The three roles in the SCRUM are:
Product owner - He is responsible for Business value of the project.
Scrum master - He ensures that the team is functional and productive.
Self organized team - He looks whether the team is self organized.
SCRUM Overview:
Improve communications and maximises co-operation
•Incremental & Iterative –2 to 4 week iterations delivering production quality code
•Regular input and feedback from users/business
•Continual focus on highest priority business requirements
•Analysis, design, development, testing performed throughout iteration
•Self organising cross-functional teams -including the customer
•Minimal creation of “Interim” documents -focus on working software
•Inspect & Adapt at the end of every iteration.
