Ok , I think if your recording process is correct then issue with Trail version or some time configure issue may be occur. my advice is better you arrange Crack version of QTP 9.2 .

Its bcoz the length of source line is too long. Reduce the lenght of string by deleting some text in that. it will workfine.

Source Line is Too Long .... Yes check the recorded script once then u can find a long statement in the code. Just cut it somewhere by following coding keys (" "; ," " ; ) and save changes.Then click on RUN.

Run button not responding means what exactly ?. I hope ur system LAN settings has been changed. So, application is not accessable when u r trying to running recroded script. Once check it.

We can allocate more heap in 32 bit machine, that is what is called as Virtual Memory and you can increase or decrease it.
My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced -> Performance -> Advanced -> Virtual Memory -> Change.
