A reliable SW is a SW wich is capable to respond as intended to a speciefied there fore known input.
A portable SW does not imply that is also reliable in real life.

We can allocate more heap in 32 bit machine, that is what is called as Virtual Memory and you can increase or decrease it.
My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced -> Performance -> Advanced -> Virtual Memory -> Change.
