Job Title: Test Lead(Java-Selenium)

Job Description:

• Very good experience working on test automation using Java-Selenium (2.0).
• Should have implemented/worked on a technical test automation framework.
• Be able to develop reusable components into the framework - libraries and functions, In order to automate various business scenarios.
• Analyze and keep track of ‘changing’ requirements, be able to develop and implement test plans.
• Review scripts developed by the team members.
• Good experience across build and deployment mechanism.
• Facilitate stand up meetings.
• Track and report testing activities.
• Estimate effort and time for test automation
• Be able to write stubs and drivers.
• Experience working in sprint teams. Job involves working in a scrum model.
• Exposure to device testing is desirable.

Role Details:

• Motivate and mentor team members.
• Forecast/Estimate future project requirements and risks.
