Job Title: Sr. Software Testing Analyst – Automation

Job Description: Looking for a Senior Software Testing Analysts with a focus on Test Automation. Position requires experience with automated software testing to develop and execute automated test scripts and/or frameworks. Requires working with software developers and project managers in a fast-paced team environment. Successful candidate would participate in requirements and design reviews, perform Impact Analysis reviews, identify project risks and remediation, and perform all test activities.

Key Skills:

• Ensure full understanding of, and compliance to, the SDLC
• Write clear, concise and thorough Test documents
• Execute test cases according to the defined test methodology
• Define a logical, risk-based test approach for each project assigned to you
• Perform peer review quality check of Test documentation
• Track and control the change management process within your projects
• Participate in ongoing process improvement, and recommend process changes
• Participate in client and FDA system audits as required
• Assist quality assurance with responses to audit findings
• Assess incident reports; identify root cause; identify and implement short term and long term remediation
• Take full ownership through to completion of all tasks assigned; ensure proper hand off and communication to next owner
