Which SDLC Model you are using in your organization?

I extensively worked on water fall and V model. But now I am forced to work on Agile and XP for www.tellmeboss.com in which every day new features and change requests are being implemented and should be delivered live almost on same day to the world which is quite challenging.

In my Company we are using the V model ,can any body let  me know about W model ,some one posted here
