Till now I have worked in Agile-XP & V models.

If possilbe,can you give flow / procedure , that you are following in V Model?

All Phases of Testing as well as Development.

Hi frds,

SDLC depend on Project, It is not Company dependent,

1)Projects timing 3 to 6 months - prefer for Water Fall method.
2) Projects timing 6 months and more - prefer V - Model.
3)Big projects more than 1 yrs - prefer W Model .

So selecting the V model in all projects is not applicable.Selecting of the Model is also cost factor.
