Hi Anil,

For overview and other specific details you can google with key word "OpenSTA" and to start working on OpenSTA refer following points:-

Steps-
1) Open Commander
2) Right Click on Script Section
3) Select New Script as option
4) Select HTTP as option
5) Enter the desired script name
6) Double click on the created script name
7) Click on Recording button(round red button)
8) By default openSTA works on IE6 browser( to change default slect "Broser" from Options file menu)
9) Now simply you can record the script
10) Save the script
11) Go to Commander
12) Create a New Test
13) Drag and drop the script in Task column(select the created script and drag it to Task coumn of test)
14) Check the "Task Group" which you want to run and provide parameters like VU, Delay etc as per your project need.
Compile script and Execute

Hope it will help you.
I have done all above but what need to write inside the script and When i clicked on Rcording (Red Button) getting the warning that "You have not specified to go through a proxy in your intenet settings. It is compulasry to make a capture". What i need to do in this situation, I have IE7, will it work on My IE7?
I am not sure whether this problem is related with OpenSTA. Can you provide more details on the issue (a screen shot or any other info ). I have used IE6 with openSTA as it supports following browsers:-

1) IE4
2) IE5
3) IE6
4) Netscape

Just a wild guess.... you can try to restore the browser settings to its default value... may it resolve the problem or verify the connection setting details present in Internet Option tab of IE7.
