Hi,

Please follow these steps: You need to have .apk file.
1) Put that file (.apk) under "Android SDK"> Tools.
2) Go to Start> Run> cmd>
3) Reach out to the Tools folder of SDK via command. (CD)
4) Put you simulator on active condition> Home screen.
5) Now write "adb install filename.apk" (make sure, under the Tools, adb.exe is available.)

That's it

Thanks.

Hi, it doesnt neccessarly need to be in TOOLS folder from cmd prompt. As environment variable is set automatically set while installing SDK , we can enter Adb push command from C:\ prompt. If for some reason you are unable to access Adb, you can check the above mentioned way, for latest Android SDK you need to check in "Platform-tools" folder in Android-sdk folder. Hope it helps .

Thanks,

Anand
