I know the answer to this question very well but want a answer from anyone of you. Let me have your views first and then I will post my answer.

There are five predefined QC groups.

1) TDAdmin 2)Project manager 3) QAtester 4) Developer 5) Viewer

Is customization of modules in QC is possible.
