@manisha : first Steps to reproduce( in the bug description while writing a bug, it also depends on the severity of the bug) and 2nd video clip using jing or any other tool or screen shots of the bug.

@Manisha,

Also we will attach the video file by recording each steps. And also we will mention that

Reproducible: Yes ( 3 out of 10 times)  (Note: This scenario may happens)

@ Manisha,

When We report any Bug , we give them the steps to reproduce the defect.  by executing those steps the Development team can find the Bug . This is how we deal with It..

Hi Priya

Is this course which u r going 2 offer for navies users??

Comment by Sonal on July 25, 2011 at 9:58am

High priority & high severity -> if u r unable to do login the app.

High priority & low severity ->  just like, if client name(if exists in the app) is wrong..den it'll be impact on client which effects business.

Low severity & low priority -> like.....if some minor spellings mistake is there or some ui elemnt is not proper.

Hi Friends,

       Tell me example of high priority and high severity?

High priority and low severity?

Low severity and low priority?

Regards.
