What type of documents would you need for QA/QC/Software Testing?

Hi Anushri,

For long term projects we need a complete business requirement specification (BRS)document, Customer Requirement specification document, design document for testing, Test plan, Test strategy document, project plan.

But for small project we don't need all these documents, because we can perform adhoc testing.

The following documents will use entire testing cycle:
a) SRS / BRS
b) Use Case Document
c) Design Document
d) Test Plan
e) Test Cases
f) Test Strategy document
g) User Acceptance document

Even I agree with Gowtham answer. Just I am mentioning overall all the documents
