Hi Madhu,

Who ever are related to the product in any way,

1) Developers
2) Testing Teams - Unit, IT, SIT, UAT
3) Business or Systems Analyst
4) End users/Stake holders
5) Higher Management
6) SPEG/SQA/CCB

All the above teams of upstream or downstream systems as required.
