Quality is delighting customers
1.In Google search(http://www.google.co.in/), i entered keyword "Software T" and i saw many search results auto populated i.e,, Software testing(first populated value)
2. Without selecting any values from auto populate retaining my keyword "Software T, i clicked on the Images link.
3. I saw google search, displaying images of the first auto populated value i.e,, Software testing instead of my keyword "Software T".
why does this happen ? When i initially wanted to search for "Software T", its displaying results for Software testing ?
Is this an Usability Issue ?

Not at all..... Its a feature from Google..! it is the positives of Usability ...! Google noticed that You wanted to search for the term Software testing and it gave you lists related to your search term , It is that much user friendly .. but you are thinking just opposite of it...!

Permalink Reply by Subramanian on November 16, 2011 at 12:00pm lets say i am in Office/School and i am entering "how to" and Clicking images. Images that am nt looking for are listed. I don't want the search engine to pull out information that am nt looking for.. Compare Yahoo search also.
there's also an option to turn off google instant. maybe that will fix this issue but i still wonder d same question if its turned on.
