i would like to suggest you to create a common checklist instead of test cases. You can have different columns in that checklist (consisting of different phone Models in these column)

Think of the application integration with the device features e.g.

-Does it work when put to sleep and turned back on

-Does it work with 3G only

-Error messages when no connection

-Multitasking

-Many many more I can think of..

Creating a standard list of tests for every application will help make the process very easy and repeatable. We have developed so much from learning about our closed projects.
