Permalink Reply by James Pullman on February 5, 2012 at 4:38pm I highly recommend using Concordion *with* Selenium... Use Concordion to write test specs and use Selenium to control the browser programmatically from the Concordion fixtures. By doing this, you make a clear separation of concerns between the "what?" and the "how?", which frees you up to change the how later. There are some good tips here: http://www.concordion.org/Technique.html

Permalink Reply by Alex Forbes on February 7, 2012 at 12:56am soapUI has arguably the largest user community of any open source testing tool. However, without knowing your requirements, it's hard to make any kind of reasonable suggestion. What type of applications will you be testing for starters?
Best,
Alex

Permalink Reply by 0Santhosh Automation Engineer on February 7, 2012 at 8:40pm Use selenium + Nunit or Junit or TestNg ...
Thats my feedback
Industry Standard is Junit or Test NG or Nunit use as per your need
Permalink Reply by 0Santhosh Automation Engineer on February 7, 2012 at 8:42pm All these are external frameworks on top of selenium . which are Not much useful just making your project complex and fancy .. so better go with simple Junit or TestnG or Nunit you can do lot of Customization .. on these
