SAP testing

Here, anyone knows about SAP testing? What is it? Is any proper training required for SAP testing? Do anyone have the material to study SAP testing. If yes, then please share the knowlege.....

Heh Mamta, SAP testing comprises of two aspects which need to be taken care of:

1. Good knowlege of SAP product (related to the module with which you might interact to test)

2. Sufficient domain knowledge of the module

3. Basic testing elements which are used for other apps developed using .Net of Java

Thanks for the reply. But I want to learn SAP testing. How it works? And what the process to do SAP? Is it completely different from normal Manual testing? Can we do its preparation on our own? If yes, then how?

Hi Mamta, as mentioned u need to first learn about the SAP workflow (basic module level knowledge), SAP testing is not different from normal testing, lot of domain knowledge is needed in capturing your test scenarios which is very important.

Just a question for you, please mention me in what level are you working as of now, do you have SAP knowledge- (any module) as of now?

Whatever components we cover in manual testing will be implemented here also.
