Its related to failure cost(Cost of quality)

In Production(maintenance phase).

End user will find the defects. To name it what ever you want.

we can indirectly call it as a bug which is found after release

Already In Maintenance phase the client test team will do testing and find the defects this is directly a called as Defect and which implies to test team..... @swamy
