Hi Swarupa,

QA: It Means Providing assurance to a product before releasing in the market.. Like you are done with Testing and providing Certificate that it will do fr wht it meant for.. Yahoo Messenger meant for chating and voice calls,connectng with friends and so .. on... which it is running successfully and like that we can take lot of examples and scenarios...
