Paros proxy security testing tool issue?

Hi Folks,

 Recently i had heard about Paros proxy security testing tool, its working great and very handy. I checked my site through this tool and i found some vulnerabilities.

One thing i would like to say when i was scan my recorded script, its taking too much time to deliver the output. So i am very frustrated to looking for my result. How to rectify this issue?  and how to i getting quick result? I was discussed with my system admin regarding internet slow speed but i donot find any issue(Slow speed for internet)

Any help and suggestion would higlty appreciated
