OpenSTA: Result Analysis

Hi,

Currently am working on OpenSTA tool. Am facing problem in analysing the result.
Please have a look at my Test Details:

Task: To check the capacity of a quiz page which has 3 pages with 10 questions each.The mentioned page opens in a secure browser mode.

No: of Concurrent users:25

Test Duration: 1 hr

Results: HTTP Data List

This file shows no records with 5xx response codes.
But shows, 25 records for all the 3 pages, with 408 response code, which is Request Time Out.

What does this Result say?

Can anybody help me on this.
